We loved rooms with good view. The location of the hotel was magnificent and stunning, next to a river. Moreover, it's not far from bus station and a center.

Fairly clean hotel with welcoming and pleasant employees who have been taught to be very service oriented. Fabulous room, immaculate, with luxury bedding and good view and huge balcony. A huge variety of options, appetising food. Good breakfast, favourable location near to centre of town and the town center. Also, near Alm Suisi for hiking. The venue of choice in Ortisei.

I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The attention to detail is impressive, from the luxurious bedding to the spacious rooms with private terraces overlooking the stunning mountains. The location in the valley is truly spectacular, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was simply delicious!

The hotel was very close to centre of town and the mountains thanks to its great location. Furthermore, to a center of town. The room was cozy and good, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the bathroom. Mountain view was an unexpected bonus;))

Our recent stay at the adults-only hotel in Ortisei was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like part of the family. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the valley and a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided snacks and sweets in the afternoon, which was a lovely touch. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The view of the mountains from my room at Chalet Hotel Hartmann - Adults Only was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning sight every morning was a dream come true. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The hotel's location was perfect for hiking, and I enjoyed the lovely walk into the town center or along the old railway. Additionally, the breakfast provided a great start to the day with healthy options to choose from. I also appreciated the free cakes in the afternoon for a sweet treat. The staff were friendly and even gave us a free Val Gardena bus pass, which allowed us to explore Bolzano at no extra cost. I was also touched by the little handmade gift the hotel gave us upon checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Ortisei.

Although my stay at Chalet Hotel Hartmann - Adults Only was wonderful, I did miss having a tea and coffee making facility in my room. While I could make my own in the hotel lounge, the cost of tea was a bit expensive.

Great and amazing location in a lovely area, adjacent to a center, those activities, and centre of town. Cozy room with exceptionally good views of the mountains. A tub in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located with parking a short walk from the center of town. Guests can easily access the adjacent walking and bicycling trail. The honesty system for drinks adds a nice touch. The rooms are immaculate and well-prepared, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well-trained. The breakfast offers a wide selection of choices, including cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereals. The spa facilities are clean and well-maintained.

The coffee could use some improvement.
